Form Availability

Configure form availability

1. Go to form explorer

2. Select the form you want to configure form availability and wait for the settings form to load

3. By default all forms are public. To make the form private, toggle ‘Form Availability’ button.

4. To limit the no. of form entries, enter a number in the ‘Submission Limit’ field and message to the user.

Note: Message is shown to the user when the submission limit has been reached.

5. To enable form submissions on specific time frame, enter start and end dates, and message to the user.

Note: Message is shown to the user when current date is outside of the time frame.
